1. Who we are

This website and the pages, funnels and sign-up forms connected to it (together, the "Site") are operated by MVP2 Fitness Inc., a corporation based in Alberta, Canada ("MVP2 Fitness", "we", "us", "our"). We operate under the brand names MVP2 Fitness, MVP² Nutrition and PLURpulse.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply whenever you visit the Site or submit one of our forms. That includes forms you fill out online and forms you fill out in person at one of our event booths, whether on a tablet, through a QR code or on paper.

By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit a form.

Our coaching programs, genetic analysis services, supplements and apps are provided under separate written agreements. If you become a client, that agreement applies to those services. If it conflicts with these terms, the client agreement comes first for those services.

3. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to submit a form or sign up for our messages. By submitting a form, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is your own and is accurate.

4. Not medical advice

The content on the Site and in our messages is general information and education about fitness, nutrition and genetics. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace the advice of a physician or other qualified health professional.

Talk to your doctor before you start an exercise or nutrition program, change a medication or use a supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition. Genetic information we discuss is for wellness and education. It is not a diagnostic test and does not diagnose or predict disease.

You are responsible for your own health decisions. In an emergency, call 911.

5. Results and testimonials

Results vary from person to person. They depend on effort, consistency, health history, genetics and other factors we do not control. Testimonials and examples on the Site describe individual experiences. They are not a promise that you will get the same result.

6. Purchases

Purchases are not completed on the Site. If you decide to work with us, your purchase is completed through a separate payment link and is covered by a separate agreement, including its payment and refund terms, which you receive before you pay.

Submitting a form or booking a call does not obligate you to purchase anything.

7. Text messaging terms

Who sends the messages. MVP2 Fitness Inc., including its PLURpulse brand, runs a text messaging program. If you opt in on one of our forms, online or at an event booth, we may send text messages (SMS or MMS) to the mobile number you give us.

What we send. The messages you receive depend on the consent you give:

- Non-marketing messages: replies to your inquiry, call and appointment confirmations and reminders, event updates, and service notices.

- Marketing messages: offers, promotions, program announcements and event invitations.

Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can submit our forms without agreeing to text messages. Marketing and non-marketing messages each have their own checkbox, and neither is checked for you.

How often. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply to any messages we send to you and you send to us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How to stop. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us, or text STOP to 234-219-2425. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and after that you will not receive further text messages from us. To join again, sign up the same way you did the first time.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number. You confirm that the mobile number you give us is yours or that you are authorized to use it. Please tell us if your number changes.

Privacy. If you have questions about privacy, please read our Privacy Policy, linked at the bottom of this page.

8. Email

If you agree to receive email from us, we may send newsletters, offers, event news and program updates. Every marketing email identifies MVP2 Fitness Inc., includes our contact information and has an unsubscribe link. We act on unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

We may still send emails needed to answer a question you asked or to deliver a service you requested.

9. Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

- give us false information, or someone else's contact details without their permission;

- use the Site for anything unlawful;

- interfere with the security or operation of the Site;

- collect information from the Site by automated means; or

- copy, republish or redistribute our content without our written permission.

10. Intellectual property

The content on the Site, including text, programs, guides, graphics, logos, videos and downloads, belongs to MVP2 Fitness Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. MVP2, MVP2 Fitness, MVP² Nutrition, PLURpulse and their logos are trademarks of MVP2 Fitness Inc.

You may view the Site and use our free guides and downloads for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

11. Links and tools from other companies

The Site may link to or use tools run by other companies, such as scheduling, payment and social media services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

12. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the Site will be accurate, complete, error-free or always available.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MVP2 Fitness Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any injury or loss that results from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed CAD $100.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Alberta, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site with a new effective date. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
